"Offering a tale that is instantly gripping, Ryan Callaway seems poised to emerge as a premier author of horrific tales
in the 21st century. Uncannily skilled at descriptive passages - and sporting a genuine feel for how people actually react
when confronted by terrifying circumstances- the author creates moments that will evoke a cold chill of dread in even the
most jaded of readers. His style is not only entertaining, but absolutely terrifying. Callaway is a desperately needed wake
up call to the genre."
"While I'm not a horror fan, this one had me sitting on the edge of my chair. It's one that kept me in suspense
as few others do. You can actually feel the horror and immobility emulating from the characters. It left me wanting more.
I'll be reccommending it to all my friends and will be looking for this book as soon as it comes out."
"I just read your excerpt. Although I can't see very far into the scope of the story from a small excerpt, I can
see, however, that your descriptions are vivid and enjoyable to follow. The action is paced evenly and the secondary character
is not too overpowering in the plot."

"An interesting thriller with mystery like never before. Great wording of detail and text. Takes you back to old
school of horror writings. You will want to keep reading to see what happens next."

""With such descriptive writing, that I have not seen since I first picked up a Dean Koontz novel, I wouldn't
be surprised to see "Six Faces" on the best-sellers list. Writing to keep you on the edge of your seat hooked like
this comes along once in a great while. Cannot wait to find out what comes next. It'll captivate your attention better than
a Sherlock Holme's case." --Steven Belza
"Just what the genre needed another author; **** straight when it's Callaway. Fresh breath of air in this otherwise
stale, crowded room. Gave me the first shiver I've felt in a while. Move over King, slide down Koontz. The new kids in town
and he'll give you the creeps."

"You(Callaway) have a style of writing that catches ones attention in the first sentence and keeps their attention
throughout. I was really captured."
"First exerpt = great, second one = WOW!
Okay, EWW!! I like it! ;-) That, -ugh- made me think, "Yuck! Nasty! I wonder what happens next...
I could picture that perfectly. That's the sign of a true writer. Go ahead and add my opinion. I'd be honored."
"...Drawn in by (the) excerpts and found myself leaning into the screen as I read them. It was spellbinding...(I)
know good writing when I read it. And (Six Faces) is good."
"WOW I want to know how it all starts from the beginning! This Aya girl seems smart and strong...I couldn't keep
my eyes off the screen, wondering 'what's going to happen next?' As a true horror fan, I can honestly say that I am impressed...
I had a chill down my back. Very well written."
"I give it ten stars!"
"What I generally look for in a suspense novel is prose that grips attention...and these two excerpts do that rather
well. It's as if I can see what you're describing in words. It leaves me wondering what the remainder of the novel carries..."
"...after you've read a few chapters and gone to bed, it will leave you wondering just what those noises coming from
the other room are..."
"This book will definitely keep you riveted from the get-go! A MUST read!! Do not attempt this book at night, especially
when you're all alone."
"Ryan Callaway has written a deliciously spine-chilling novel that will please even the most die-hard and discriminating
horror fan! A sinister, chupacabras-like creature is stalking the small town of Little Park, and only one woman--tough-cop
Aya Becker--can put a stop to it. Or can she? The suspense scenes are well-written, with enough detail to tickle your brain
into a decent nightmare and keep you turning the pages all night! A MUST-READ around Halloween!"
The plot is thick with suspense as you see the characters walk straight into danger... The 'murderer' is a little cliche,
but pretty well described and included in the moment. I particularly loved the opening, how it begins already immersed into
the plot and action. I would give this a 5 star for plot, word usage, gramar and punctuation, and the overall wow. A fantastic
read for any horror fan, I would definitely suggest it for a bedtime story *wink*
" Six F aces Excerpt #1
I really enjoyed this one because it was gruesome LoL; I liked the way in which it was written very descriptive and it
created good imagery
Six Faces Excerpt #2
OH MY GOODNESS! That was absolutely-amazingly awesome( LoL!) the suspense was great I want to get the book now, the imagery
created was brilliant. (spoiler expurgated) It was very entertaining. I found myself glued to the screen when I was reading
it; I truly enjoyed this one, definitely!"
"It's very visceral, you can see the gore, smell the blood, and most importantly feel the slow creep of terror up
your spine."
"WOW! When I go to buy a Mystery Thriller, I look for something to catch my attention. And boy did this do the trick.
Something this interesting and attention grabbing hasn't come out in a while. WOW!"
"WOW! Very scary and very interesting. PERFECT! The writing is damn good (for a)scare."
"That story was great! It kept me wanting to read on and it also had me scared for a minute. I thought something
was going to jump out at her. You should keep writing this. I know you'll be famous!"
"So far I'm liking it. (Six Faces) had me scared for real. What killed Bobby anyway? What's going to happen to
Aya? Man you're(Callaway) good!"
"I enjoyed reading that. I really want to read more. It's excited me...again, that excerpt from (the) book was
so...wow.. Thanks for allowing me to read."
"The storyline itself is good and (Ryan Callaway) has developed a well rounded character that stays true to her character...but
why did Aya leave so suddenly? Why did she not hang around to explain to the cops what she saw?"
"Hehehe...I like. Pretty cool. I love the graphic details. I could actually envision poor Eddie (edited out for
spoiler reasons, the spoken of section of Six Faces is not on the website). All in all, I think you have a good story to
tell and you do it well."
"Hey...that sounds really good. When I was done reading the excerpt, I wanted to read more of it. I was curious
to know who the killer was. If the rest of the book is anything like that, I'm sure you won't have any problem getting it
published(written before the book was signed for publication). Let me know when it comes out, I'll be sure to pick up a copy..."
"I found (what I read from) Six Faces very descriptive; it catches your attention and holds it. The character is
very well formed and the imagery is super. I would thoroughly enjoy reading the whole book."
"Very good. Keeps you coming back. Pulls you into it (so that) not only are you reading but experiencing it every
step of the way. Hard to believe it's a first (published novel), I know there will be more books to come. I want this book."
"I like it, sounds like the beginning of something good."
"Thought it was very intruiging. It had a good amount of gore and violence. It was a female that was kicking ass,
so it was cool."
"...very interesting. Your graphics are right on the button. Thank you for sharing that with me. You are a very
intelligent and feeling person, with a lot of depth. Keep up the good work. You are definitely in your right mode. Horror
is your descriptive force. You have a massive amount of character in your storyline and (are) very descriptive, which allows
the reader to visualize what you are saying. I believe you are an exceptionally talented writer. I think Stephen King should
tremble..."
"WOW! That was great. It was interesting the whole time. If you could, I'd like a copy of the book. I write....but
I don't think anything I've written has come close to (Six Faces). You're going to be famous someday..."
"That is very good. Writing for a writer is the ultimate. I'm sure you already know that if you have the bug.
You use lots of description..."
"A little gruesome for me, but I think you are off to a good start."
"Overall, I think that the story has suspense and potential"
"Suspending natural flare to his words that sends a sheer chill up your spine. Such elegant writing that even Twain
himself would be rendered unconscious with admiration. The flow of artistry moves you to an unheard beat of your heart."
(not sure what to say about this one but I'll take it)
